In every business, the performance of the sales team (NVBH) is a critical factor in helping the company achieve its business goals. To meet this practical need, DMSpro continuously improves and updates new features for the SFA application. Version 1.45 (launched on August 18, including 1.44) brings valuable enhancements to help NVBH and management optimize their workflows, from tracking reward programs, taking display photos using AI, to updating customer information, requesting updates for customer locations, and reporting business results.

1. Salesman Views the List of Reward Programs for Display/Accumulation

Previously, salesman had to constantly update reward information for retailers using Excel or paper from the company. This manual work was time-consuming for sales and sometimes led to confusion and data omissions.

With the new update, salesman can easily view the list of customers eligible for rewards from previous Display/Accumulation programs based on each program or store during their visits.

Based on this list, salesman can reward customers with products or cash according to the program they participated in.

2. Display Photos & Scoring Using AI

Salesman can quickly complete the task of taking display photos to ensure that products in stores are showcased according to the criteria set by the manufacturer. Additionally, this feature helps detect display errors so that salesmen can promptly make corrections in-store, ensuring the brand is always visible on the shelves.

3. New Reporting, Customer Information Updates, Sales Reports, Visit Reports

5. Request to Update Customer Location

In cases where customer store locations are incorrect, sales staff can proactively send requests to update the store’s location:

  • Step 1: On the Customer List screen, select the store information that needs a location update → SFA displays the Customer Profile screen.
  • Step 2: On the Customer Information screen, scroll to the bottom and select Request to Reset Location → SFA displays the Request to Reset Location screen.
  • Step 3: View the list of previously created location reset requests. When the Customer can update their location, salesmen can click Create Location Update Request.
  • Step 4: Select the reason and note for the location reset request.
  • Step 5: Take a representative photo of the store to obtain a new representative image and location → SFA displays the new location information and distance changes.
  • Step 6: Click Confirm to send the request to the system.
  • Step 7: Approved location update requests will send notifications to salesmen. Salesmen can click on the notification bell to see the list of approved requests.

In this new version, SFA (version 1.45) has added and improved many features to better support sales staff and management levels in businesses. All updated features are completely free for all OMS customers.
