BIOMEQ OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES OMS SOLUTION – A NEW MILESTONE IN THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY TO “COMPANION WITH HEALTH”

After three months of surveying and implementation, on May 6, 2024, BIOMEQ (Biomedical Equipment Joint Stock Company) officially launched DMSpro’s OMS (Order Management System) solution across the entire company (Go-live).

 

As the 4.0 technology era takes hold, penetrating every corner of the global economy, BIOMEQ has recognized the potential for breakthroughs through integration and digital transformation. The company has proactively accelerated its digitalization efforts by implementing an operational management system to enhance operational efficiency and increase competitiveness in the market.

The project to implement the Distribution Management Solution for BIOMEQ was signed on February 23, 2024, with three main objectives:

  1. Provide a tool to support BIOMEQ’s sales team in optimizing sales opportunities at points of sale.
  2. Manage the sales team’s activities in the field with real-time visual tracking.
  3. Contribute to BIOMEQ’s digital transformation goals.

 

The software solution architecture includes:

  • Core OMS: A central management system for company departments at headquarters, built on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring business stability and information security.
  • SFA: A mobile application for salespeople that automates customer care and sales activities from the company to the client.
  • eroutePRO: An application supporting management to monitor compliance and evaluate the performance of sales staff via a digital map.
  • Integration: Data integration between the DMS system and MS Navision (NAV).

Some key features of the solution implemented in the project include:

  • Managing product information, budgets, and quantities for promotional and display/loyalty programs.
  • Supporting the execution of coverage plans, visit schedules, territory assignments, and sales targets for sales representatives.
  • Controlling brand coverage and tracking competitor information to provide accurate and timely sales strategies.
  • Managing orders, delivery progress, and sales figures.
  • Placing orders and conducting customer surveys at points of sale according to program guidelines.

 

 

Thanks to the great efforts from the project teams on both sides, BIOMEQ and DMSpro have demonstrated their commitment to achieving the project’s objectives through tireless effort and active collaboration from various parties: timely direction from BIOMEQ and DMSpro leadership, and the high work ethic and responsibility of the project teams. As a result, all operational requirements have been met on time, fully addressing the company’s needs.

The solution was officially Go-live on May 6, 2024, and has been successfully implemented for the Sales Admin team and sales staff. This event marks a significant step forward in the successful partnership between DMSpro and BIOMEQ, reaffirming the comprehensive quality of products and services that DMSpro strives to deliver to its customers.
