• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, etc
• Responsible for day to day financial accounting operations
• Liaise with queries related raised by business partners
• Ensure delivering Monthly Actual Version of Consolidated Financial Statement, payments, cash-flow & other financial reporting timely and accurately in submission to CFO with insightful commentaries.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work consultatively with Finance Analyst & respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
• Develop and maintain internal control, effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Provide professional advices on intercompany cost allocations and transfer pricing policy

Tax & Auditing

• Responsible for tax administration to ensure compliance and efficiency in tax management
• Liaise with Tax department and external auditors if any

Others as assigned by CFO

• Chief accountant certificata,bachelor Degree in Accountancy & Finance with a minimum of 5 years of multi-nation work experience or in the same position for IT Company.
• Financial or quantitative interest/competency
• Demonstrated initiative and CAN DO attitude
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and influencing skills
• Experience in using ERP systems required; SAP applications preferred

Advanced software skills in spreadsheet and word processing are required
