Established in 2004, International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (IDP) is a familiar name to Vietnamese consumers with milk brands such as LiF, Kun, Bavi, LOF… IDP currently owns two large-scale factories in Ba Vi and Cu Chi, serving production for domestic consumption and export. The company has headquarters and factories processing dairy products located in two locations with large raw material sources in our country: Chuong My Milk Factory, 25 km west of Hanoi capital center, and Ba Vi Milk Factory in Tan Linh Commune, Ba Vi District, Hanoi, which has been in operation since early 2010.

After 8 years of production and business activities, International Dairy Joint Stock Company has always paid attention to contributing to the construction and development of the socio-economy in general and agricultural development in particular, especially dairy farming in the locality. To build the Ba Vi milk brand, in recent years, the Company has invested hundreds of billions of VND to innovate and improve equipment in the direction of modernizing production technology using fresh milk. Up to now, the Company’s dairy products under the Ba Vi brand have been present in almost all domestic markets and have been trusted by consumers in all regions. Currently, the Company has a dairy farm with an area of ​​25 hectares, and is managing over 5,500 dairy cows, with a milk output of 55-60 tons/day, the profit from dairy farming in 2012 for the whole region is estimated at about 54 billion VND, an increase of 20% compared to 2011, on average, one dairy cow exploited for profit is about 15 million VND/year. From the successes and efficiency achieved in the production and business of dairy cows and dairy products, the Company’s goal in the coming time and in 2013 is to increase the number of dairy cows to 8,000, milk output reaching about 75 tons/day, striving to increase to 12,000 cows by 2015, milk output reaching 110 tons/day, by 2020 to increase to 28,000 cows, milk output reaching about 280 tons/day. In the immediate future, the Company will accelerate the establishment of a “technical consulting and dairy farming development center” to facilitate the transfer of technology and provide support services to farmers in the most effective way, contributing to improving the quality of dairy cows and milk quality of farmers.

The year 2024 marks a major transformation for the company, IDP officially changes its name to LOF International Dairy Joint Stock Company. The Lof logo is a heart-shaped symbol with a smiley face and warm embrace with the meaning of bringing love and happiness.
