Responsibilities |
Develop processes and perform quality assurance activities for all projects, services and internal departments in the organization to assure all the projects, services and internal organization activities are strictly followed the company processes and regulations. |
Key Accountabilities |
Assist QA Manager in develop quality assurance plan for projects, services and internal quality assurance activities |
Establish audit checklist for each project based on project management framework, support center processes and department working processes |
Peer review with relevant stakeholders about quality assurance plan and audit checklist |
Perform audit for projects, services, departments according to the quality assurance plan |
Record nonconformities and observations finding when performing audit and communicate the results to relevant stakeholders |
Coordinate with stakeholders to establish corrective and preventive solutions for nonconformities and observations |
Follow up action plan of corrective and preventive actions |
Verify the results of corrective and preventive actions when they are implemented |
Regularly review and update quality assurance process to ensure the quality of quality assurance activities |
Define standards for quality assurance activities (reports, templates, checklists…) |
Perform customer satisfaction survey for projects and customer service |

Qualifications |
University or College degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields |
Experience |
Prefer candidate has experience in Process Quality Assurance in software company or related fields |
Knowledge |
Good understanding about software development process: software development life cycle (SDLC), V-model, Agile/Scrum |
Good understanding about Quality Management |
Skills |
