MỤC ĐÍCH CỦA CÔNG VIỆC:

• Join the Project team to design, build, and release projects on time and high quality for clients.
• Join the Production team to build new and innovative products for the company. Ability to work under high pressure to deploy the product with a very tight timeline.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Nhiệm vụ 1: Tham gia phát triển sản phẩm và triển khai dự án theo yêu cầu của khách hang. Cụ thể:

• Tham gia workshop của dự án, lấy yêu cầu từ user của khách hàng.
• Phân tích yêu cầu và thiết kế giải pháp cho khách hàng.
• Viết Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Blueprint, và Integration Functional Specification (FS)
• Phát triển các chức năng của dự án dựa vào SRS (code chức năng và thực hiện automation testing, fix bug)
• Thực hiện review code chéo cho các devs khác trong đội dự án
• Quản lý timeline, báo cáo hàng ngày cho Project Manager (PM) trong daily metting.
• Tham gia UAT, hỗ trợ Pilot, hỗ trợ Mass Rollout với khách hàng theo yêu cầu của PM.

Nhiệm vụ 2: Tham gia xây dựng, phát triển sản phẩm Core DMS và sản phẩm khác trên nền tảng .Net (C#)

• Phân tích, phát triển chức năng mới cho sản phẩm Core DMS, và các sản phẩm khác
• Quản lý chức năng, hotfixs, builds theo releases
• Viết Automation Test Script để đảm bảo các gói sản phẩm không có lỗi và có chất lượng cao.

YÊU CẦU CHO CÔNG VIỆC:

Education: Bachelor or College degree in IT or Software Engineering

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience working with C# language and .NET framework
• At least 2 years of experience working with SQL Server
• Knowledge of WebForms or WinForms
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Technical skills:

• Programming languages: C#, Javascript
• Database: MS SQL Server (ability to design and optimize is a plus).
• Can communicate in English both in speaking and writing is a plus
• Experience in ERP & DMS is a plus

• Good at logical thinking and problem solving
• Passion, proactive with high responsibility
