JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing and Developing Existing Customers:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure continued use of the company’s products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, propose optimal solutions to address issues and enhance satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products within DMSpro’s existing ecosystem.
  • Proactively monitor and manage contract renewals and outstanding payments to ensure seamless service without disruptions.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments (Maintenance, Finance, etc.) to ensure high-quality post-sales service and support.

Seeking and Developing New Customers:

  • Research competitors and market trends in strategic industries, proposing suitable solutions.
  • Identify potential customers in relevant industries to expand the customer base.
  • Actively reach out to new customers through various channels such as calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct product/service introduction meetings, demonstrations, and prepare proposals for potential clients.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet personal sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.

Ensuring Service Quality and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth from both existing and new customers by optimizing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Manage key business metrics (KPIs) such as contract renewal rate, new customer conversion rate, and customer satisfaction level.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to propose product and service improvements.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, boost sales from existing customers, and attract new ones.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance and Professional Services (PS) teams to ensure customers receive prompt and effective technical support.
  • Assist the Finance team in monitoring payments and ensuring timely debt collection.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience in software or technology-related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

Skills:

  • Data analysis to optimize sales strategies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Effective time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, proactive in tasks.
  • Planning and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in English.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • High sense of responsibility, professional attitude, and customer service mindset.
  • Understanding of the technology and software industry is a significant advantage.
